  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the pork chops with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika.
  3. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
