  • 500 g Mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the mushrooms on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. 4. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
