Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon herb mixture.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
