Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 4 pieces Tortillas large
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble wraps by placing lettuce, tomatoes, chicken strips, and cheese on each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
