Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Peas fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the pea pesto. In a blender, combine peas, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve the grilled chicken with a generous dollop of pea pesto on top.
