Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 cups Peas fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the pea pesto. In a blender, combine peas, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Serve the grilled chicken with a generous dollop of pea pesto on top.
