  • 2 cups White beans, cooked
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the basil white bean purée. In a blender, combine the white beans, basil leaves, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. 5. Serve the grilled chicken on a plate with a generous dollop of basil white bean purée.
