Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 8 pieces Tortillas small
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  5. 5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. 6. Assemble the tacos by placing chicken strips on each tortilla, then topping with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
