Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
  6. Place one tortilla in the skillet, add cheese and sliced chicken, then top with another tortilla.
  7. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
