Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 large Mango diced
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper diced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion diced
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped
- 1 piece Lime juiced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix well.
Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes, then top with the mango salsa.
Serve and enjoy!
