- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Top the grilled chicken with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
