  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
