Grilled Chicken Breast with Mashed Cauliflower

- 2 pieces Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt divided
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Milk optional, for creaminess
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with ½ teaspoon salt and black pepper.
3. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to boil and cook the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
5. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender. Add olive oil, remaining salt, and milk (if using). Blend until smooth.
6. Serve the grilled chicken breasts with the mashed cauliflower.
