Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 piece Avocado ripe, sliced
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce leaves separated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
Place a few slices of chicken and avocado on each lettuce leaf.
Roll up the lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
