Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 whole Mango peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Mixed Greens
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, diced mango, and sliced red onion.
  5. 5. Slice the grilled chicken and add it to the salad.
  6. 6. Drizzle olive oil and lime juice over the salad, and toss to combine.
  7. 7. Serve immediately.
