Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 lb Fettuccine Pasta
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
7. Slice the grilled chicken and add it to the sauce. Toss in the cooked fettuccine pasta.
8. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
