- 2 slices Bread
- 2 slices Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place one slice, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add cheese slices on top.
4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
