  • 2 slices Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet. Add cheese slices on top.
  4. 4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
