  • 2 lbs Beef Steaks preferably ribeye or sirloin
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. 2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  4. 4. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. It should be 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
  5. 5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
