- 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest from about 2 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
1. Finely chop the parsley and place it in a bowl.
2. Zest the lemons and add the zest to the bowl.
3. Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl.
4. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
