Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup Spinach Chopped
  • 1 piece Avocado Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
  2. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle cheese, spinach, and avocado slices on top.
  3. Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
