  • 1 lb Green Beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. 3. Drain the beans in a colander and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. 6. Return the green beans to the pan, add salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  7. 7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. 8. Serve warm in a serving bowl.
