Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
Add Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Store in a jar and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
