Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add the Greek yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
