Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cucumbers
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 cup kalamata olives pitted
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and olives.
  2. 2. Add the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
