Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pita Bread
  • 2 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. 3. Cut the pita breads in half and gently open the pockets.
  4. 4. Stuff each pita half with the salad mixture. Serve immediately.
