- 4 Flatbreads
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
Drizzle the olive oil over the flatbreads and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Top the flatbreads with the salad mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the flatbreads are crispy.
