Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Add the cooled pasta to the mixing bowl with the vegetables and cheese. Pour the dressing over the top and toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Enjoy!
