Greek Chickpea Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Kalamata Olives pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and kalamata olives.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top before serving.
