  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts chopped
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dried fruit chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, honey, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix in the dried fruit.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
