Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices cheese your choice
  • Optional fillings tomato slices, ham, or any other preferred fillings

Instructions 

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
