Gorgonzola Grape Pizza

- 1 lb Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 1 cup Red grapes halved
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary chopped
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Brush the dough with olive oil.
Evenly distribute the Gorgonzola cheese and halved grapes over the dough.
Sprinkle the chopped rosemary on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
