Main Ingredients
- 2 large Avocados ripe
- 1 cup Mango diced
- ¼ cup Goji Berries dried
- 1 small Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 small Lime juiced
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
2. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
3. Add the diced mango, goji berries, chopped red onion, lime juice, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
4. Mix everything together until well combined.
5. Season with a pinch of salt to taste.
6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
