Gochujang Chicken Stir-Fry
A spicy and flavorful chicken stir-fry with gochujang sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon gochujang
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Mix in the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
