Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon gochujang
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix in the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
