  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for brushing
  • 4 oz Goat cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice baguette into ½-inch slices. Brush each slice with olive oil.
  3. Place slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Spread softened goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
