Goat Cheese Fig Brownies Recipe

Brownie Batter
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Goat Cheese Mixture
- 4 oz Goat cheese, softened
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Dried figs, chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
In another bowl, combine goat cheese, honey, and chopped figs.
Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Spread the goat cheese mixture over the batter. Top with the remaining brownie batter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
