Goat Cheese Beet Crostini Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Beets medium-sized, roasted and sliced
- 1 cup Goat Cheese crumbled
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch rounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted beets, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
Top with the beet mixture and drizzle with honey.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
