  • 4 pieces Beets medium-sized, roasted and sliced
  • 1 cup Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted beets, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Top with the beet mixture and drizzle with honey.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
