- 8 oz Goat Cheese
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Place the cheese balls on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
