- 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Egg
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Stir in the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread the dough evenly in a skillet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
