  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
