- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
