Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Gingerbread store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Custard prepared
  • 2 cups Whipped cream freshly whipped
  • 1 cup Cranberries fresh or dried
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the gingerbread into cubes.
  2. 2. Layer half of the gingerbread cubes in the bottom of a trifle dish.
  3. 3. Pour half of the custard over the gingerbread layer.
  4. 4. Add a layer of whipped cream over the custard.
  5. 5. Sprinkle a handful of cranberries over the whipped cream.
  6. 6. Repeat the layers with the remaining gingerbread, custard, whipped cream, and cranberries.
  7. 7. Dust the top with powdered sugar before serving.
