Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast, sliced

Ginger Miso Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Miso Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together miso paste, grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
  2. 2. In a pan, lightly heat the tortillas until warm.
  3. 3. Spread a generous amount of the ginger miso sauce on each tortilla.
  4. 4. Layer shredded carrots, cabbage, and sliced chicken breast on top.
  5. 5. Roll up the tortillas to form wraps and serve immediately.
