Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together miso paste, grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
2. In a pan, lightly heat the tortillas until warm.
3. Spread a generous amount of the ginger miso sauce on each tortilla.
4. Layer shredded carrots, cabbage, and sliced chicken breast on top.
5. Roll up the tortillas to form wraps and serve immediately.
