Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced thin
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables carrots, bell peppers, broccoli
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
