Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another minute.
Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
