Main Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini spiralized
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan if desired.
