  • 1 bunch Swiss chard washed and chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
