  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 5 cups Spinach fresh
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the portobello mushrooms, gill side up, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Flip the mushrooms and cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. 6. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
