Main Ingredients
- 8 oz soba noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Pour over shrimp and stir well.
Add cooked soba noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
