  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. 4. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
