  • 8 oz spaghetti uncooked
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the shrimp mixture until well combined. Serve immediately.
