Garlic Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- optional Fresh parsley, chopped
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
