Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and bell pepper, cook until tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds.
  6. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
