Main Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
- optional fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
